To order through the internet:
You can order products through the internet by clicking on the order buttons and filling in the forms that come up. If the product you are interested in does not have a page yet, e-mail us with the order information and we will verify the costs. We will need your postal code (Canada) or your State (US) to determine the cost of shipping.
All products are priced in Canadian dollars.
When we receive the order, we will e-mail you back with the exact totals (Cdn or US). The price given on the website approximates the shipping cost, and any applicable taxes; we will verify the total when we process the order.
Please do not send payment until you receive e-mail verification from us for the totals.
We request that you confirm the final totals which will be e-mailed to you before we process your order.

Payment
The price for shipping is approximate. We will verify the totals when we get your order, and will ask you to confirm your order before sending. Payment is required before we ship.
Payment can be made by Canadian cheques, Canadian money orders, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Orders to be paid by cheques not received within 2 weeks from date of order will be put back in stock.
American customers may pay by I-Check or credit card.
If you wish to pay by I-Check, we will send you that information with the American total when you order.
Credit cards are charged in Canadian dollars. Customers outside of Canada will have the Canadian currency automatically changed to local currency by their credit card issuer.
Credit card information received through the shopping cart is sent to a secure site which only we can access. Credit cards are processed through our office, not on the internet. No credit card records are kept on our computer.
For your own protection, please do not send credit card information through e-mail. If you would like to send us information, leave your name, address or credit card information, this is the place to send it. Please include your email address AND a phone number, as we've had a number of enquiries from people to whom we can't respond due to an error in their e-mail address.

*Please note* All sales are final. We understand that it is difficult to assess curriculum you haven't seen. However, for the Singapore curriculum, Dawn at Singapore Math.Com has done a great job at making it possible for people to view descriptions, tables of content and sample pages of the books.
